Character Creation
Stoic Knight
Every character has an anchor. Mine is straightforward: I am a husband, a father, and a systems engineer. Operating under the persona of the Stoic Knight, I believe that technology should serve a concrete purpose. I build for utility, security, and long-term stability—not to chase fleeting industry trends or hollow AI hype.
My personal environment is a continuous testing ground. As a Linux purist (I use Arch, btw), my systems are built for relentless experimentation—which naturally means breaking complex configurations just to learn how to rebuild them cleaner. Currently, I am expanding my technical toolkit into backend programming with Python and Go, while mapping out a pathway into offensive security and penetration testing. After all, to protect infrastructure effectively, you have to know how to dismantle it.
This site is the living ledger of that journey. It is a transparent repository for my open-source infrastructure builds, post-mortems of technical failures, and the endless pursuit of mastering vim motions.
The ultimate campaign objective behind this character arc isn’t corporate climbing; it’s autonomy. I am engineering an independent IT practice that delivers uncompromising reliability to my clients, ensuring I have the freedom to watch my kids grow up—working because I choose to, not because I have to.
